Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your JOVS device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
